INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE

1 small orange

12 lychees

1 Pink Lady apple

8 -10 star anise

3 tbsp of brown sugar

1.7 oz. of orange juice

1 ecodose water

4 tbsp pomegranate seeds

2 passion fruit

a pinch of cinnamon

 

PREPARATION

Prepare the orange slices by cutting them clean. Put them in a bowl without their juice (set aside the juice released from the orange while slicing it). Peel the lychees and carefully remove the pit. Peel the apple and cut it into thin slices, removing the core.

Put the lychees into the pot, along with the apple slices, star anise, brown sugar, the orange juice that you set aside and the ecodose of water. Cover with the lid, turn on the heat, set the position to 1 and cook for 1 minute after the whistle.

Once cooked, remove the pot from the heat, let the steam escape from the valve and open the lid.

Add the pomegranate seeds, the passion fruit pulp and the cinnamon, and mix.

Put the fruit salad into individual small cups with a little bit of the cooking liquid and serve.
