INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
250gr of white floury potatoes,
160gr sedanini pasta,
3 Ecodoses of light chicken stock,
1 tablespoon Parmigiano flakes,
1 tablespoon chopped parsley,
Extra virgin olive oil,
1 Cut the potatoes into thin slices and set them aside. Chop the onion and sauté with a little olive oil in the open cooker.
2 Add the potatoes and the 3 Ecodoses of stock. Close the cooker and cook for 5 minutes after the hiss.
3 Let the steam vent gradually, open the cooker and add the sedanini. Close the cooker again, place on the fire again and cook for 5 minutes after the hiss.
4 Let the steam vent gradually, open the cooker and add any salt to taste.
5 Put in the plates and sprinkle with the chopped parsley and Parmigiano flakes. Serve immediately.
