PRODUCTS USED FOR THIS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
4 Kaiser pears,
60gr sugar,
½ cinnamon stick;
2 cloves,
2 Ecodoses of red wine
PREPARATION
1 Wash the pears and put them in the cooker with the 2 Ecodoses of wine. Leave them for 45 minutes, then add the sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Close the lid and set the cooker on a high heat. Cook for 4 minutes after the hiss.
2 Gradually let the steam vent, then open the cooker and remove the pears. Thicken the wine sauce for 1 minute on high heat, then pour it on the pears directly on the plates or on a tray.
