PRODUCTS USED FOR THIS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
160gr long-grain rice (parboiled),
2 Ecodoses of hot chicken stock,
½ small onion,
1 clove,
1 bay leaf,
2 knobs of butter.
PREPARATION
1 Melt one knob of butter in the cooker, add the rice and brown it. Add the 2 Ecodoses of boiling stock, the whole onion after sticking the clove in it and the bay leaf.
2 Close the cooker and cook for 5 minutes after the hiss.
3 Remove the cooker from the fire, let the steam vent gradually. Open the cooker, remove the onion, add one knob of butter and stir until creamy then serve.
