INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
6 bunches of red Treviso radicchio,
4 carrots,
80gr pancetta,
2 tablespoons oil,
1 Ecodose of water,
Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
1 Clean the chicory and cut each bunch into wedges. Clean the carrots and cut them into rounds. Chop the pancetta and fry it in the open cooker with the oil, then add the carrots and radicchio and stir to coat well. Add a little salt and pepper.
2 Add the Ecodose of water and close the lid. Cook for 8 minutes after the hiss, then gradually vent the steam. Drain the excess water and serve hot.
