PRODUCTS USED FOR THIS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
1 kg ripe strawberries,
160gr sugar,
1 sachet vanilla,
1 Ecodose of brandy and Grand Marnier mixed together
PREPARATION
1 Wash the strawberries, remove the stalk and put them in the cooker with the Ecodose of brandy and Grand Marnier. Marinade for a few minutes then add the sugar.
2 Close the lid and cook on high heat for 3 minutes after the hiss.
3 Let the steam vent gradually, open the lid and blend, thickening on the fire as needed. Add the vanilla and stir well so as to obtain a soft cream. 4 Serve the sauce with ice-cream or dry patisserie.
