TIMBALE WITH GRILLED CHEESE

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
- 4 apples
- 1 stringy cheese
- 2 tablespoons cane sugar
- 2 tablespoons chopped toasted hazelnuts
- Chestnut honey to taste
PREPARATION
- Wash the apples and cut them into 1cm thick slices leaving the peel on. Heat the non-stick pan, without adding any fat or liquid, brown the apple slices then set them aside. Put a little water in the hot non-stick pan then dry it with some kitchen tissue, so it is ready to cook the cheese.
- Heat the non-stick pan again and fry the slices of cheese on high heat, also without adding any fat.
- Arrange the apples on a dish, add the molten cheese on top and finish with a dusting of cane sugar, chopped hazelnuts and honey.
