Depending on the nature of the problem, we will define how to best proceed:
- If a piece of the product needs to be replaced, the problem may be solved by going to a spare parts shop (listed here)
- If the problem simply arises from incorrect use of the product, just follow the advice from the Lagostina Support Centre to resolve it
- If incorrect use has damaged the product, this may require action by the Lagostina Support Centre,
who will need to check and test your product in order to repair it (shipping costs are borne by you, while Lagostina will incur the costs of shipping it back).
Always contact the shop where you purchased your Lagostina product in the first place, especially if it is still under warranty.
Finally, we would like to remind you that servicing under warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the goods returned to the Lagostina Support Centre and acknowledged as being faulty by Lagostina S.p.A..
The assessment of the nature of the fault is at the indisputable discretion of the Lagostina S.p.A. technicians in charge of these checks.
